Store Policies PLACING AN ORDER To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. Shipping will be added to your purchase. If you would like to pick up your custom embroidery please email us and you can save on the shipping costs. We can make arrangements for you to pick up your embroidery if you live in the local area.
SHOPPING ON-LINE & PAYMENT For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us. Paypal preferred. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or E-check. E-check payments take 3-5 business days to clear. TEXAS RESIDENTS: 8.25% sales tax will be added to all shipments to texas addresses.
SHIPPING Many of our items are custom and handmade after your order is placed. These items may take 2-4 weeks. Many are finished in a few days. If you need your item rushed to you for any reason feel free to contact us via email and we will try to accomodate you! You will be contacted via email regarding your custom order.
We ship in stock items within 48 hours after the order is placed.
All orders are shipped via USPS. If you would like insurance please send email There will be an added fee for insurance. We will not be responsible for any items lost in the mail. All shipping fees are payable by the buyer and are non-refundable.

RETURNS We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us for a return authorization number. Custom orders are made to your specifications and are not returnable. Any refunds will be subject to our inspection of the item. It must be returned in new, unused condition. All shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer and will not be refunded. Any items returned in used condition will be disposed of and no refund will be issued.
